The Struggle 😞

Laura was seeing her GP wayyy too much, had niggling aches and pains and wasn’t feeling good in her body. She needed change and she needed it now - for the long term 

The Turning Point 🔄 

After coming to the realization something needed to change, and being disappointed in her fitness after attempting a hike - Laura reached out to Embassy and bravely began her 6 week PT trial almost a year ago. She started solo, and was nervous! 

The Wins 😄

The nerves quickly subsided as she was warmly welcomed by the whole Embassy team and the other members right from day one! She hasn’t needed to see the GP in a long time, her pains and aches are gone, she’s done 3x 5kms in the last few weeks, she completed her hike, hates missing the gym, has twice the energy she had before and is a inspirational, valued member of the Embassy community! There’s no limits for Laura 👏⚡️ Laura… you’re a legend, we’re lucky to have you in the community!😄💪
