On October 1st, Embassy officially turns two years old.
It feels like only yesterday we opened the doors - yet here we are, two years of early mornings, late evenings, heavy lifts, sweaty finishes, and hundreds of people choosing to set the pace with us.
And honestly... we’re just getting started.

The Birthday Bash Workout

We’ll kick things off with a warm-up before diving into a 50-minute main session workout!
The session is designed so you control the intensity. Want to push yourself? Go for it. Want to keep things steady and soak up the atmosphere? That works too.
Expect:

Post-Workout Fuel
After we wrap, Maria from Goodnessmia will be on site with her Build Your Own Oats Table.
